SERVICE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
· Manage overall workshop operations.
· Ensure workshop profitability is achieved as forecasted.
· Ensure continuous service level improvement towards meeting the Customer Satisfaction Index target.
· Manage warranty process as per the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
Requirements:
· At least Diploma/Degree in automotive Engineering/MLVK level 3 or its equivalent.
· Experience in managing full scale workshop operations as a Manager for minimum of 3 years.
· Strong leadership, good interpersonal and excellent in communication and writing skills.
· Knowledge in warranty claim.
· Able to instill, enforce and motivate good disciplines among workers.
· Self motivated with good problem solving and decision-making skills.
EXECUTIVE (AFTER SALES)
Responsibilities:
· Provide service consultancy to our customers in Mercedes-Benz service centre.
· Provide professional diagnosis and technical advice to customers.
· Recommend the appropriate maintenance service and repairs to be undertaken.
Requirements:
· 2-3 years experience with Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering or its equivalent.
· Strong team player, pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and sensitive to customer’s need.
· Able to interact with all levels of people.
· Positive attitude, mature disposition, confident, resourceful and able to work independently.
· Computer literate.
Remuneration packages offered will be based on qualifications and experience.
