Starting from 2010, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is providing an additional in-country extended warranty of twelve (12) months for all Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.

Combined with the worldwide standard twenty-four (24) months motor vehicle manufacturer's warranty for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, this forms the 3-Year Owner Protection Plan for your vehicle.


The contractual warranty undertaking is provided by the Mercedes-Benz authorized dealers in Malaysia. The warranty is effective from the date of delivery or if earlier, the date of initial registration, with unlimited mileage. The warranty supplements the statutory liability for material defects and gives you extra peace of mind for the first three years.


Due to this new changeover in the course of 2010, eligibilty for this additional in-country extended warranty of twelve (12) months is only valid if the vehicle is accompanied with the Introduction Booklet stating clearly "3-Year Owner Protection Plan".
